They transformed a 7,000 sq ft barn for me, converting it from a dilapidated and derelict building into a fabulous home. The standard of their workmanship and professionalism throughout the project was outstanding.

JP Construction built a major extension for us in 2025 and also completed a smaller project in early 2026. We would highly recommend Mark and Lewis for the following reasons.

Pricing was transparent, clearly communicated and fair throughout the process. This included a very detailed initial quote, early highlighting and clear explanation of the options around extra costs as a few minor issues arose along the way and open discussion in advance of each invoice.

At least one of them was always on site at critical times in the build and they were clear about their availability later in the job as they worked around the other trades. Their recommended plumbers and electricians were also excellent and fairly priced.

They were very considerate in minimising disruption to both us and our neighbours. This was particularly important in our case as we remained living in the house during the build.

They had a flexible and collaborative approach throughout and came up with some good ideas to solve some unforeseen issues that arose. They have taken ownership of a couple of minor issues that have become apparent after the build and returned promptly to address them.

Lewis and Mark carried out a major refurbishment of a small barn conversion for me and were adaptable and constructive. Their practical skills are very evident in their work. I am delighted with the final result. R.W, Tetbury
